Suggestions / MATT PLEASE READ

There are two active staff members, and they arent really active.
I think Money God has earned mod, and I think Adx deserves admin.
I've been here for close to 3 weeks, and I still think I'd make a pretty legit staff member.
I'm not asking for staff, or demanding anything. I just think it'd probably be pretty smart decision to hire some staff, before someone takes advantage of the fact that we have absolutely NO staff on at anytime.
Im on almost 10hours every day, Money God is really legit too. He definately deserves mod, he's helped me quite a bit.
Adx is a really good staff member, I just don't see how he's not an admin.
Over all, just in reality, there is 0 support for this server if there is no staff. It's a big deal.

There's usually about one of each everyday. I'll just list their names above since there's no other way to discipline them.
Btw, at the end of July Im quitting if there isnt atleast 5 active staff members. This is totally unfair and just plain uncalled for.

Applications for Moderator. / Iced For Mod!

1.Why do you want to be Moderator? (Motivate): I believe that the good done by one is appreciated by many. If I could be that one person that does good for the benefits of the community, it would be greatly appreciated not only by me, but the community.
2.What do you have that no one else has?: I have an exceptional ability to understand and help, I'm bilingual, and I've been moderator many times.
3.How active would you be as Moderator?: As active as a moderator should be, I'll be on from 3pm to 11pm- 6am. Depending on what days and how I feel that particular day.
4.Do you know the English grammatics language well? I'm 4.0 from grade school up, ofcourse I'd have an exceptional outlook on the english language. (:
5.How serious would you be as a Moderator?: To be honest, being a moderator doesn't mean you have to be serious, it's about how you connect with the rest of the community. I will be as serious as this "job" requires.
6.In what kind of situation would you kick a player? (Motivate): Abusing glitches/annoying players/spamming/being disrespectful/ect.
7.In what kind of situation would you ban a player? (Motivate): Abusing glitches/threatening the community and or staff/ddosing/crashing/constant spamming/ect.
8.In what kind of situation would you mute a player? (Motivate):Spamming/annoying other players/advertising other servers/threats/ect.
9.Tell me more about yourself that I didnt ask (Optional): My names Dylan or Orson, I'm 15. Im a sophomore in high school. I live in KC,MO, I play football and occationally smoke weed. (:
