There are two active staff members, and they arent really active.

I think Money God has earned mod, and I think Adx deserves admin.
I've been here for close to 3 weeks, and I still think I'd make a pretty legit staff member.
I'm not asking for staff, or demanding anything. I just think it'd probably be pretty smart decision to hire some staff, before someone takes advantage of the fact that we have absolutely NO staff on at anytime.

Im on almost 10hours every day, Money God is really legit too. He definately deserves mod, he's helped me quite a bit.
Adx is a really good staff member, I just don't see how he's not an admin.

Over all, just in reality, there is 0 support for this server if there is no staff. It's a big deal.

There's usually about one of each everyday. I'll just list their names above since there's no other way to discipline them.



Btw, at the end of July Im quitting if there isnt atleast 5 active staff members. This is totally unfair and just plain uncalled for.

I haven't been playing this server long enough to know who truly deserves a staff position, but I agree 100% that Runeware is understaffed. However, prior to nominating players for staff positions, we must first advertise and acquire more players. There's no point in having multiple moderators and administrators if the maximum number of players on at a time is only 5 or 6.

The server is soon to be moved to a powerful VPS in which then donations can be focuses on advertising and a professional forum page instead of free SMF forums.

Paid advertising will increase members by a large amount.
We also plan to implement vote4cash on the new forums as we will then have access to are own web-hosted .php files.

So believe me when I say we will be getting more players.

On the staff matter, I have dealt with corrupt staff in the past which is why it takes time for me to choose a new staff member. I want to make sure it does not happen again.

It's your choice whether you leave by the end of the month, but I can almost guarantee you that there will not be 5-6 staff members by the end of the month.
